This is the person who created the first Submachine, in Kent.
Biography[]
During the start of the twentieth century, he received directives to create a submachine to Kent.[1] Presumably he worked for the Root at the time.
The man coined the phrase "submachine" either because he had only seen parts of it that were underground, or because he had intended to be underground.
He never saw all of the Submachine, even if he created it.[2]
It should be noted that when addressing the first "Submachine" creator, the Submachine created most likely refers to the Root.
