The sewers is a location in Submachine 2: The Lighthouse and in Submachine Universe.

Layout

The entrance to the sewers is in the lighthouse dungeon. The sewers consist of an intricate network of pipes leading to several hidden chambers and objects, including Liz's room.

This location is revisited in the Submachine Universe, where the layout is exactly the same but all of the puzzles that were in Submachine 2 are solved. The way back out to the dungeon is barred off. Liz's room now contains a panel with three triangle-shape arranged lights, the bottom right active, with the number 8 below it. Further exploration finds another panel with three horizontal lights, the leftmost active, and the number 9. The upper leftmost room contains a karma portal to the watcher's outpost.
