General tips[]
- A backpack can be found beneath the "docking schedule" inside the building in the Northern Garden docks. It's not necessary to complete the game, but it provides additional inventory space.
Walkthrough[]
- Restore power to the ship.
- Gain access to the ladder control building.
- Collect the light sphere at the top of the docking ladder.
- Place it in the light crown outside the building. The sphere can now be used to enter and exit the building.
- Move the ladder to dock #3 where the ship is anchored by pulling the third lever on the ladder controls on the second floor of the building.
- Collect the ship id number from inside the ship.
- Return to the indoor of the building, there is a Backpack for you to have extra inventory space.
- Obtain the bottle fuse by placing the ship id number into the dispenser found at the right end of the second floor of the building.
- Place the fuse into the power source inside the utility vault.
- Press the rod on the power source.
- Gain access to the ladder control building.
Mossy Ship
- Go left twice, up twice and right once.
- Pick up the Door Valve (under the fan).
- Go left, down twice, right four times, up twice.
- Go left, pick up Ladder Piston.
- Go right twice, use Door Valve on the brass hatch in the wall. Click it.
- Go right twice, and go through the Karma portal.
Angel Ruins
- Go down twice.
- Click the brass lid, then the ladder.
- Go down. Click the wooden bar. Click the door.
- Go down. Go right.
- Click the leftmost button (coordinates 1-0-0) and use the Binary Portal.
Royal Storage Facilities
- Go down twice. Go left three times.
- Enter the storage area (Storage room 32/1).
- This is a loop. Go up, down, left and right until you find all rooms:
- Room with three wooden planks - Pick up Karma Fuse;
- Room with ladder - Pick up Vector Finder;
- Room with broken video stand. - Pick up Secret 1 (on the right wall, close to the lamp).
- Room with fuse box - You can place a Karma Fuse. You need three more.
- This room does not appear to have a predictable method of spawning rooms.
- Leave the loop. Go right five times. Go down twice.
- Another loop, move in all directions to find:
- Room with broken radio and gas canister - Pick up Loop Stabilizer;
- Room with boxes - Pick up Karma Fuse;
- Leave the loop. Go up twice, go right.
- Enter the loop. The rooms to find are:
- Room with barrels - Pick up Karma Fuse;
- Room with barrel and ladder - Nothing to do here;
- Room with barrels and Sub-Bot - Nothing to do here;
- Room with Portal - Place Loop Stabilizer. You need three more;
- Leave the loop.
- Go right, enter the storage facility.
- Another loop, go in all directions until you find:
- Room with gas canisters and Sub-Bot - Take note;
- Room with large fuse machine - Make note. You'll need to use this machine later;
- Room with large wall switch - With each setting to the switch, you have to find the corresponding room.
- Three rooms, each with a small wall switch - Turn on each switch. (Make sure each time, the large switch is in the right position).
- Room with radio and brass panel - Make sure the large switch is in the down position. If all three small switches are on, the panel is open. Pick up Loop Stabilizer.
- Leave the loop. Go up. Enter the loop (Storage unit 33/4).
- This time, you need to find:
- Room with picture and long stick - Take Picture and the Long Stick;
- Room with card-box and planks - Nothing to do here;
- Room with gas canister - Nothing to do here;
- Room with microphone - Nothing to do here;
- Move up to spawn this room
- Room with wooden planks - Pick up Karma Fuse;
- Two rooms with circular brass switches - Turn on the respective switches;
- Spawning guide
- Brass switch affecting the upper light of the brass panel
- Move alternately left and up to trigger this room
- Brass switch affecting the lower light of the brass panel
- Move alternately down and right to trigger this room
- Room with brass panel - If the two switches are on, it's open. Pick up the Loop Stabilizer.
- Move down to spawn this room.
- Leave the loop. Go down. Go left seven times.
- Enter the loop (Storage room 32/1).
- Find the room with the fuse box. Place the Karma Fuses. Press the switch. Find the room with the broken video player. Take the Loop Stabilizer.
- Leave the loop. Go right six times.
- Enter the loop (Storage room 33/2). Find the Portal and place the Loop Stabilizers. This opens a Karma Portal, but there is nothing to do there for now.
- Moving left spawns this room
- Leave the loop, go left three times and up twice.
- Press the middle top button (coordinates 0-1-0) and use the Binary Portal.
Resin Mine
- Go left three times. Pick up the Drill Clamp Handle.
- Go right five times then down twice. Pick up the first Range Confirmator. That will become useful later.
- Go up twice then left three times. Place the Drill Clamp Handle on the broken clamp (to the right of the working clamp).
- Pull both clamps, then go left and pull the lever.
- Go right, then pull the piston switch (at the top right) to reveal the hidden area down below.
- Go down three times, then left. Place the Range Confirmator in the empty socket.
- Go right twice. Open the airlock door and go right twice again.
- Grab the Airlock Knob (located at the bottom of the brass door). Go left four times and place it onto the airlock door.
- Open the door. Go left and take the second Range Confirmator. Go left again and grab the picture.
- Go right four times then up once. Place the Range Confirmator in the empty socket.
- Go down, left, up three times, right three times, down twice, then finally left once. Pull the piston lever to open the same brass door that was encountered earlier.
- Go back to the brass door, and go down it. Below is a portal that leads to the Lab.
- Enter the portal.
The Rooftop and The Lab
- Go right twice. Pick up the Force Field Plasma Canister as well disabling the shield to the right.
- Go right, use the Light Sphere to get inside the Lab.
- Go right. Pick up the note.
- Climb down the ladder and go left. Pick up the Ladder Step.
- Go right twice. Place the ashtray to the middle of the room. The scanner on the wall will not let you gain access to the right of the room yet since it only allows exploration teams and restoration staff.
- Leave this area. Go left once, climb up the ladder, go left five times and go through the Karma Portal.
- Navigate your way back to the Binary Portal. Up once, left three times, up three times, right once.
- Press the top right button (coordinates 0-0-1) and use the Binary Portal.
Iron Pyramid
- Go right once, climb the ladder and grab a pair of hieroglyphs.
- Go left once, climb the ladder and take another pair of hieroglyphs.
- (The two pairs of hieroglyphs show the solution of a puzzle we will encounter later. Both pairs have the same hieroglyph which is exactly pointing the same clue to the puzzle.)
- Back to the Binary Portal. Go down once, right once, down once and left once.
- Press the top left and middle button (coordinates 1-1-0) and use the Binary Portal.
Karma Studies Facility
- Go left twice, place the Force Field Plasma Canister to produce a bridge.
- The bridge will be useful later. Now, go right once and go through the door.
- Take the Note.
- Go left once, walk down the stairs. There is an AAA Battery behind the bag under the stairs. If you want to unlock the Secret Area, pick it.
- Go right once, pick up the Vector Finder.
- Left once, go up via the stairs, right once, exit the room. Go right twice and enter another room.
- Click the debris to clear a path for you to go through the door in front of you. Enter it.
- Go left once, go through the door twice and go left once.
- Open the right drawer. Pick up the Vector Finder.
- Right once, back twice, right once, back twice to exit this room.
- Go right once, walk down the stairs and right once.
- Go through the door. Go left once and pick up the Note.
- Go right twice and go through the door.
- Go right once and pick up a Vector Finder.
- Left once, back once and left once.
- Go through the middle door.
- There is a Karma Portal which requires eight Vector Finder to activate it, three of them are placed and you have four, place them into any slots we will find the last one shortly.
- Back twice, left once, go up the stairs and left twice.
- Press the top left and right button (coordinates 1-0-1) and use the Binary Portal.
Stabilizer Bay and the Dock
- Go right once and press the Ladder Piston. Climb the ladders.
- Go left three times, pick up the last Vector Finder.
- Go right three times, place the Ladder Piston into the slot and press it.
- Climb the ladder again. Go right once and grab the picture.
- Go right once and enter the Karma Portal.
- You should arrive at the Dock, pick up the Coil.
- Go right once and climb down the ladders.
- There are three ladder steps missing. Place the Ladder Step you have found earlier (or you can place it later).
- Go up once, left once, enter the Karma Portal.
- Left twice, climb down the ladders, click the Ladder Piston, climb down the ladders and left once.
- Press the top middle and right button (coordinates 0-1-1) and use the Binary Portal.
SHIVA Access Area
- Go down once, right four times, up once, right twice and down once and enter the terminal chamber.
- Left twice and pick up a green Plasma Charge.
- Right twice and exit the chamber. Up once, left twice, down once, left four times and up once.
- Press the top three button (coordinates 1-1-1) and use the Binary Portal.
Meditation Temple
- Go left three times and grab a picture of a pair of Hieroglyphs.
- (With the 3 pairs of Hieroglyphs with the overlapping Hieroglyph, the puzzle of the Iron Pyramid is solved, we will head back there later)
- Go right six times and pick up another Ladder Step on the statue platform.
- Left three times and back to the Binary Portal.
- Press the top right button (coordinates 0-0-1) and use the portal.
Hieroglyph Puzzle of Iron Pyramid
- Go right twice and flip the Hieroglyph Cubes into the order you found, the overlapping Hieroglyph shows you the order of the Hieroglyph.
- Go left once, climb the ladders and go left twice.
- If the puzzle is correctly solved, you can get a Cog Wheel from the Karma container.
- Go right twice, climb down the ladder twice and right once.
- Place the Cog Wheel into the slot. Click it to turn the Cog Wheel facing down.
- Go left and you can climb down the ladder again (The ladder shifted one room unit downward)
- Climb down the ladder, go left. climb the wooden ladder and enter the Karma Portal.
Citric Acid Room
- Climb down the ladder, go right once, pick up a Light Sphere.
- Go right once and look into the large white brick container which supposed to be the Citric Acid Container in Submachine 5. Pick up a small Cog Wheel.
- Exit the area, left twice, up once and enter the Karma Portal.
- Down once, right once, up twice, left twice, place the small Cog Wheel.
- Right once, press the top left and middle (1-1-0) and use the portal.
The Cliffs and S.H.I.V.A. Override
- Right twice, down once, right once, go through the door twice.
- Place the last Vector Finder you have found at the Stabilizer Bay.
- Enter the Karma Portal and arrive at the Cliffs.
- Climb to the cliffs behind the broken portal, click the darkened area near the upper cliffs.
- Go left twice and pick up the picture.
- (You should have got a total of four pictures of Rune, that will solve another puzzle in near future)
- Right once and click the pipe covers to remove them.
- Enter the left pipe.
- Go right twice and disable the red lasers by clicking the green switch.
- Go right once and grab the Blockade Removal Tool.
- Left twice, up once, left once, pick up the second Plasma Charge.
- Right once, down once, left twice.
- Enter the right pipe.
- Right once, place the Blockade Removal Tool in the middle of the wheel to remove the lock.
- Up twice, left once, pick up the third (last) Plasma Charge.
- Right once, rotate the valve by clicking it to make it face up and right.
- Left once, down twice, right twice, down once, and pick up the third Ladder Step.
- Up twice, rotate the valve to make it face right and down.
- Down once, left twice, down twice, left once, pick up the Karma Vial.
- Right twice, pick up the Hatch Valve.
- Left once, up twice, right twice, up once, rotate the valve to make it face up and right.
- Down once, left twice, up twice, right once, rotate the valve to make it face up and left.
- Left once, down twice, left twice to exit the pipe area.
- Right twice, right four times and up once.
- Place the Hatch Valve to the cross-shaped slot, click it.
- Enter the hole and you should arrive the S.H.I.V.A. Override.
- Right once and place all three Plasma Charges into the slots like you have seen one in the pipes earlier.
- Click the switch to disable the lasers.
- Right once and access the S.H.I.V.A. Terminal. Click the switch to the left side.
- Exit the Terminal. Left three times to exit the S.H.I.V.A. Override.
- Down once, left four times. Enter the Karma Portal to return to the Karma Studies Facility.
- Back twice, left once, up once, left twice.
Gain Full Area Access at the Dock
- Access coordinates 1-0-1 of the Binary Portal and arrive at the Stabilizer Bay.
- Right once, climb the ladder, press the Ladder Piston, climb the ladder, right twice, enter the Karma Portal.
- Right once, place the Light Sphere, use the Light Sphere to get inside.
- Right once and click the metal window cover, pick up the Insulator Cap.
- Climb the ladders and get another small Cog Wheel.
- Down once, left once, Light Sphere and down once.
- Repair the ladders by placing the Ladder Steps.
- Down once, right once and get another Light Sphere.
- Right once and pick up the notes.
- Left four times and pick up the Root Path Finder.
- We are done with this area. Right twice, up twice, left once, enter the Karma Portal.
Getting the Data Tape
- Left twice, climb down, left twice. Rotate the two switches to unlock the capsule.
- Get inside and you will see one Data Tape is missing, we are going to find it.
- Exit the capsule, go right twice, press the Ladder Piston, climb down, left once.
- Access coordinates 0-0-1 of the Binary Portal and arrive at the Iron Pyramid.
- Right once, down twice, left once, up once, enter the Karma Portal.
- In the Critic Acid Room. Go down once, right three times.
- Remove the three rusted metal plates laying the right wall.
- Flip the switch, climb the newly-appeared ladders.
- Left once, enter the Karma Portal.
- Right once, pick up the Note. Place the Root Path Finder into the device with the cover opened.
- Climb down the ladder twice. Pick up the Data Tape.
- Back to the Binary Portal. (Up twice, left once, Karma Portal, right once, down once, left three times, up once, Karma Portal, down once, right once, up twice, left once)
- Access coordinates 1-0-1 of the Binary Portal and arrive at the Stabilizer Bay.
- Right once, up once, left twice, enter the capsule, place the Data Tape at the bottom right slot.
SHIVA Access Area (revisit)
- Back to the Binary Portal. Back, right twice, down once and left once.
- Access coordinates 0-1-1 of the Binary Portal and arrive at the SHIVA Access Area.
- Down once, right three times, enter the broken pipe, left once, down once.
- Place the Insulator Cap onto the bottom connection switch receiver which prevents activating the shields when rotating the switch (if not, it blocks you from exiting this chamber).
- Rotate the switch to make it face left and down.
- Up once, right four times, down twice.
- Climb down twice via the chains, right once to get another large Cog Wheel.
- Left once, up four times, left four times, down once.
- Rotate the switch to make it face right down.
- Up once, left twice. Enter the Karma Portal. You should arrive at the Winter Palace.
Repairing the Portal at the Angel Ruins by finding THREE PORTAL STABILIZERS and A PORTAL CHARGE
Winter Palace (First Portal Stabilizer)
- Down once, enter indoors.
- Left twice, look at the Control Device you have used to call Liz's Capsule in Submachine 7, it is heavily damaged, take the Stone Grape at the right-most hole.
- Finish looking the device, enter the room in front of you.
- Pick up the Skull under the telescope.
- Go back, left once, enter the room in front of you, climb the ladders, and get a Note.
- Down, back, go left and enter another room. You see the same capsule at the Stabilizer Bay.
- Unlock it, and pick the Portal Stabilizer, you will need three of them in total.
- Back twice, right four times, out the doorstep once and up once to the Karma Portal.
Placing the Stone Grapes (Second Portal Stabilizer & Portal Charge)
- Back to the Binary Portal. (Right three times, exit the pipe, left three times, up once)
- Access coordinates 0-0-1 of the Binary Portal and arrive at the Iron Pyramid.
- Left once, place the Cog Wheels into the appropriate slots. Rotate it to face downward.
- Right twice, down once, right twice and rotate the jackal head until you are teleport to the other side of the Pyramid.
- Right once. down once, pick up the Portal Charge.
- Up once, right once, place the Karma Vial on the small hole.
- Don't be afraid of the rapid-flashing item, you just need one of them.
- Click the third red light to turn green, hover your mouse to the flashing item.
- It will stop flashing and you will get the second Stone Grape.
- Return to the Binary Portal. (Left twice, jackal head, left twice, up once, left once)
- Access coordinates 1-0-1 of the Binary Portal and arrive at the Stabilizer Bay.
- Left once, place the Stone Grapes at the missing hole above the ox's head.
- Right once. Return to the Binary Portal.
- Access coordinates 1-1-0 of the Binary Portal and arrive at the Karma Studies Facility.
- Right once, enter the door twice, left once, enter the door twice, left once.
- Place the skull you have found at the Winter Palace into the observation plate.
- Look at the skull via the blue screen, pick up the Explorer's Chip, we can use it to unlock the remain area at the Lab later.
- Back, right once, back twice, right once, back twice, right once, down once, right once, go through the door, left once, go through the door, left once.
- You should now get the second Portal Stabilizer.
- Return to the Binary Portal. (Right once, back, right once, back, left once, up once, left twice.
The Temple and the Third Portal Stabilizer
- Access coordinates 1-1-1 of the Binary Portal and arrive at the Meditation Temple.
- Right twice, down once, left once, place the Light Sphere at the crown.
- Use the Light Sphere and get the Meditation Glyph.
- Use the Light Sphere again, right once, up once, left three times, place the Meditation Glyph to activate the Karma Portal, enter it.
- You are at the Temple which is visited in Submachine 9.
- Go all the way right and pick up the secret.
- Left once, get to the stairs and go up twice, enter the broken open to the left.
- Left once and place the Coil,
- Left twice to get the third Portal Stabilizer.
Repair the Angel Ruins Karma Portal.
- Return to the Binary Portal. (Right four times, down twice, right once, Karma Portal, right once)
- Access coordinates 0-0-0 of the Binary Portal and arrive at the Angel Ruins.
- Right three times, down once, left once, down once and left once.
- Place all the Portal Stabilizers surrounding the Karma Portal and the Portal Charge at the bottom right.
- Press the piston at the bottom left to activate the Karma Portal.
The Lighthouse Dungeon and the Rune Puzzle
- By entering the Karma Portal, you should arrive the Lighthouse Dungeon from Submachine 2.
- Right once, down once, left once, get the Light Sphere.
- Right once, up three times, right once, place the Light Sphere and use it.
- Down twice, you see the ladders are locked as well as a broken wire that needs to be fixed.
- Up once, left once.
- You should see 4 plates with runes. You should rotate the plates until the runes are the same as the four runes you have found earlier. Rest assure that no runes are the same at different plate.
- Return to the Binary Portal. (Right once, up once, Light Sphere, left once, down twice, left once, Karma Portal, right once, up once, right once, up once, left three times)
- Access coordinates 1-1-1 of the Binary Portal and arrive at the Meditation Temple.
- Left twice, down once, left once, pick up the Fork in the container.
- Return to the Binary Portal. (Right once, up once, right twice)
- Access coordinates 0-0-0 of the Binary Portal and arrive at the Angel Ruins.
- Right three times, down once, left once, down once, left once, Karma Portal.
- Right once, Up twice, right once, Light Sphere, down twice, place the Fork to connect the wires.
- Up twice, Light Sphere, left once, down twice, right once, pull the right most switch (Unlocks the ladder downward)
- Left once, up twice, right once, Light Sphere, down three times, left once and take the Note.
- Right once, enter the Karma Portal at the Submachine Arcade Machine.
Basement exit
- Left five times, take the Note.
- Left once, enter the Elevator.
- Press the Elevator button to go deeper.
- Exit the Elevator.
The Infernal Basement
- Right once, pick up an Unlock Lever (You will need 4 of them)
- Up once, there is a circle plate with a concave side, the concave side should be match with the triangle.
- Left once, pull the lever.
- Right once, down three times, pull the lever.
- Right once, pick up the Stone Weight at the bottom right of the room.
- Left once, up three times, right once, pick up the second Unlock Lever.
- Left once, down once, left twice, rotate the convex side of the circular plate until it matches the triangle tip.
- Down once, place the Stone Weight.
- Pick up the third Unlock Lever.
- Up once, right twice, down once, pick up the last Unlock Lever,
- Right once. Place all four Unlock Lever to reveal the Karma Portal.
- Enter the Portal.
Revisit the Submachine 1 The Basement (under 30 seconds)
- Down once, left once. Pick up all four Fuses.
- Up once, left once, up once, left once, pick up the Valve.
- Right twice, up twice, pick up the Light Sphere.
- Down twice, left once, there is a Karma Portal in the middle of the tiles. Use it to return the Angel Ruins.
Receive the KARMA STABILIZER by putting all FOUR FUSES at various locations
- Upon leaving The Basements, you should arrive the other side of the Angel Ruins.
- Remove the wood bar lock, open the door.
- Right once, memorize this machine, as you will find them with fuse slot in different locations, a total of four of them.
- I assume you are familiar with the different locations now, unless the location is too hard to find, I won't show you the direction directly.
First Fuse Machine at Royal storage Facilities
- Access coordinates 1-0-0 of the Binary Portal and arrive at the Royal storage Facilities.
- Enter Storage unit 33/3 (Right most)
- Right side from the Entrance of the loop is the Fuse Machine already, place a Fuse on it.
Second Fuse Machine at Karma Studies Facility
- Access coordinates 1-1-0 of the Binary Portal and arrive at the Karma Studies Facility.
- Go to the room that we used to put the Skull into an observation plate.
- Right side of the room is the Device we need to place the second Fuse.
Third Fuse Machine at the Tunnels (The Cliffs)
- Access coordinates 1-1-0 of the Binary Portal and arrive at the Karma Studies Facility.
- Go to the Karma Portal to the Cliffs. (down the stairs)
- Go to the cliff to the left.
- Enter the pipe on the left.
- Go right once, up once, right once and up once, you found the third Fuse Machine. Place the third Fuse.
Fourth Fuse Machine at the Meditation Temple
- Access coordinates 1-1-1 of the Binary Portal and arrive at the Meditation Temple.
- Left twice, down once, right once and place the fourth Fuse.
Receive the Karma Stabilizer
- Access coordinates 0-0-0 of the Binary Portal and arrive at the Angel Ruins.
- Left twice. With all four fuses connected, you should get the Empty Karma Stabilizer.
Charge the Karma Stabilizer
- Access coordinates 0-1-0 of the Binary Portal and arrive at the Resin Mine.
- Go down the Mine and enter the Karma Portal to the Lab.
- Pass the Rooftop and get indoors, and arrive at the room containing the scanner, console and an ashtray stand.
- Move the ashtray stand in the middle of the room, clean it, and place the Explorer's Chip onto it.
- Press the scanner and it lets you go to the right side of the room.
- Place the Empty Karma Stabilizer in the middle and rotate the switch.
- The Karma Stabilizer is now charged.
- Left twice, up once, left once, Light Sphere, left three times and you will arrive the Karma Portal.
- Before you leave, can you see the floating bricks? Can you see the Karma Stabilizer calling? Use the Karma Stabilizer to repair the floating bricks! This ability will become useful soon.
THE FINAL STEPS
We soon can exit the Submachine once and for all, we just need to find the remaining materials.
Checklist: 2 Plasma Coils, 4 Tiles
Note, if I were you, my order would be "Second Plasma Coil", "Tile D", "Tile C", "First Plasma Coil", "Tile B" and "Tile A" to reduce the time to find them all.
First Plasma Coil is at Level X
- Access coordinates 1-0-0 of the Binary Portal and arrive at the Royal storage Facilities.
- Enter Storage unit 33/2 to the right.
- Find the Karma Portal inside the Loop. In fact, it is on the left side from the Entrance.
- Since the room in this loop is completely random, you may need some luck to reduce the time required to solve this puzzle, not hard though.
- First thing first, find the room which has a missing Valve with symbol "||-". Place the Valve you have found in the Basement.
- You will also find another room similar to the room mentioned above, with the symbol "-||". This rooms I call room "A"
- Find the room with 2 speakers with symbols "o" and "v", 2 Karma energy points and 2 symbols "-||" and "||-". I call this room "B".
- There are two rooms which contain one speaker, connected with a switch, one with symbol "o" and one with symbol "v". I call this room "S"
- A room with a large panel, two red lights with symbol "o" and "v", they require a successful switch from the two rooms above. I call this room "T"
- In order to have a successful switch in room "S", both energy points, and the corresponding speaker need to be in the same position to gain connection in room "B". Changing position of the Karma Energy Point can be performed in room "A" by rotating the Valve with the corresponding symbol "-||" and "||-". You need to perform this action twice for speaker "o" and speaker "v".
- Once the energy points and the speakers are connected in Room "B", the corresponding speaker will glow blue and go to its associated room "A" to flip the switch.
- After you have done for both speakers, go to room "T", you should get your first Plasma Coil.
- Exit the loop, finally.
Second Plasma Coil is at the Winter Palace
- Access coordinates 0-1-1 of the Binary Portal and arrive at the SHIVA Access Area.
- Enter the Karma Portal through the break in the pipe to the Winter Palace.
- Go indoor and go right once.
- See the floating stones? Use the Karma Stabilizer to make them become a bridge to the right.
- Go right once, take the Note.
- Go right once, enter the Karma Portal.
- You'll arrive on a Little Island, take the second Plasma Coil.
Getting Tile A
- Access coordinates 0-0-0 of the Binary Portal and arrive at the Angel Ruins.
- Go left once, go all the way up and use the Karma Portal to return to the Captain's Ship.
- Leave the ship through the bottom and climb down the ladders.
- Right twice, repair the fragments with the Karma Stabilizer.
- Enter the Karma Portal and get Tile A.
- To get a secret, go all the way to the left in the grey ruins in the area of the Karma portal to Tile A, repair the pieces, and enter the portal to retrieve a secret.
Getting Tile B
- Access coordinates 0-0-0 of the Binary Portal and arrive at the Angel Ruins.
- Head to the Karma Portal to the Lighthouse Dungeon, three steps to the right and down.
- Head to the Karma Portal to the Basement Exit, found by going right, up (2), through the light sphere, and down until reaching the Portal.
- Right three times and repair the floating fragments by the Karma Stabilizer.
- Enter the Karma Portal and get Tile B.
Getting Tile C
- Return to Angel Ruins at 0-0-0.
- Go right three times, repair the brick fragments with the Karma Stabilizer.
- Enter the Karma Portal and get Tile C.
Getting Tile D
- Access coordinates 1-1-0 of the Binary Portal and arrive at the Karma Studies Facility.
- Go left three times, repair the fragments with the Karma Stabilizer.
- Enter the Karma Portal and get Tile D and get metal spring. (if you have a long stick then combine it with the metal spring to get the secret in 0-0-0 (0-0-0 then left then up then click on the little hole))
Gather the Tiles
- Access coordinates 0-0-0 of the Binary Portal and arrive at the Angel Ruins.
- Go left once, go all the way up and use the Karma Portal to return to the Captain's Ship.
- Leave the ship at the bottom and climb down the ladders to the Grey Ruins.
- Enter the building to the right with the light sphere.
- Right once, up once, right twice, go down the stairs.
- Repair the fragments with the Karma Stabilizer, that gives you a way to the left.
- Put all four tiles above the door.
- Enter the room.
Metal Section
- Left once, place the two Plasma Coils into the slot.
- Access the terminal, unlock the ladder control.
- Left twice, pick the Note.
- Right once, up once, climb into the small tube at the top right.
- Right once, get into the Karma Portal.
Lighthouse Tower
- Right twice, pick the Note.
- Up three times, don't press the Lighthouse Portal (Large light bulb with purple wires) or you will go to Level X and have to return to this point again.
- Left once, pick up the ID Card.
- Right twice, pick up the fuse.
- Make all your way back to the Captain's Ship.
Captain's ID Card
- From the Entrance of the Captain's Ship, right once, up once, left once, and insert the ID Card you have found at the top of the Lighthouse.
- Up twice, pick up the Note.
- Up once, pick up the Portable Light Crown.
Constructing the Exit Path, the last
- Access coordinates 1-1-0 of the Binary Portal and arrive at the Karma Studies Facility.
- To attain another secret, move all the way to the right, and repair the bricks to receive a secret.
- Enter the Karma Portal to the Cliffs.
- Go right three times, place the Fuse at the right slot.
- Pick the Portable Light Crown Converter, you can now construct you first, and last of your Light Sphere Device.
- Access coordinates 0-0-0 of the Binary Portal and arrive at the Angel Ruins.
- Back to Captain's Ship, out of it into the Grey Ruins below, through the building to the right, Metal Section and to the Lighthouse Tower Portal.
- Right once, place the Portable Light Crown Converter at the Fuse slot.
- Place the Portable Light Crown on the Converter.
- Place the Light Sphere.
- Click it!
- Right once!
Tips to retrieving the secret at 0-0-0, then left, through the door, then down, you need the long stick and metal spring. You combine the two in your inventory and click on the secret.

SECRETS
- Royal Storage Facilities, Storage room 32/1 (the red one), the room with a broken video stand. The secret is on the right wall, close to a lamp.
- The Temple. Go all the way right, the secret is in a pile of resin.
- Winter Palace. Collect two parts of a telescope. There is a telescope mount in the room that's second from the left. Assemble the telescope and look through it. The secret will fall out of it.
- The Infernal Basement. After you've picked up a spoon in the Sub1 basement (go right twice from the Karma portal in the middle of the tiles), return to the Infernal Basement. Go left, down and right and place the spoon on a pillow. The secret is behind a tiny door that will open.
- The Lighthouse Dungeon. After you've used the Light sphere, go down once and right once. Use a Pearl from the Sub1 Basement on the box. (Two Pearls can be obtained from the grandfather's clock at the Sub1 Basement).
- Karma Studies Facility. From the Binary portal, go twice right, one down, one right, enter the door. Then enter the leftmost door, go right and use a Pearl on the box.
- The Sub3 Loop. Find a device that looks like a grid with all of its corners missing (a level map from Sub3, actually). Use four stones from the Sub1 Basement on it. Then find the similar device, badly damaged. The secret is there.
- Karma Studies Facility. You'll need a Karma Stabilizer. Go three times to the right from the Binary portal and use the Karma Stabilizer. The secret is in a groove.
- The Northern Garden Docks. Go left as far as you can, repair a Karma portal, use it to get the secret.
- Angel Ruins. On your way from the Mossy Ship to the Angel Ruins you encounter a circular room with a blocked door and a deep hole in the floor, it contains a secret. You can't access it. You need a long stick from the Royal Storage Facilities Storage room 33/4 (top right) and a metal spring from the area where you get the Tile D. Combine them, look at the hole and get the secret.
Unlocking the secret location: at the Karma Studies Facility, find a Triple A battery (amidst the rubble under the wooden stairs). At the Captain's ship, go left from the screen with the ID reader and put the battery in the panel. Go back to the S.H.I.V.A. override corridor, the S3C area will be unlocked. Go there.
NOTE: once you've exited the Lighthouse, there's no going back. Use your secrets while you're still in the Subnet.
