A "Portal," in its definition, is a gateway, entrance, etc. I'd leave the Temple entrance as "Portal," in that regard, but why Navigator? A Navigator isn't a "gateway," even though it helps lead to other places. I wouldn't call the Navigator a "Portal" is all.

XYZ teleporter?[]
I'm not too keen on calling the Lab's portal a "XYZ teleporter". It's already referred to as "portal" in the game. Why change it?
Furthermore, I think this page should be strictly about this specific type of portal. Most, if not all, of the other teleportation devices have their own pages, making their inclusion here redundant.

- The reason I changed it to XYZ teleporter was to distinguish it from the other simply-marked "portals" on the page. I thought this page acted as a compilation of all portals in the series. However if you want to make it a Sub4-only page (which I now notice the Wiki lacks) then I completely understand changing the labels back. The Sub4 portals definitely need their own page. Sorry for the confusion :D

Here's what I'm thinking: Passage-machine, Green leaf, Portal door, Karma portal, Navigator, and the statue all have their own pages. They don't need to be here. I believe the lighthouse's portal is in fact a karma portal, so can be added to that page; if not, it can get its own page. Sub8's temple entrance can go on its appropriate page. Sub9's white portal can probably go on layer 8. The arcade cabinet could get its own page. The projector should get its own page or be merged with memory bank. Sub6's and the root's transporters are early versions of the lab's portal, so they can stay here. Mordikai wartwunson (talk) 21:48, May 20, 2015 (UTC)

binary portals[]
